Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Our colour-in cards are usually dispatched within 1 working day, whilst craft kits can be up to 3 working days. All cards are posted by first class Royal Mail, whilst craft boxes are posted 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. This allows us to keep the cost of your postage as reasonable as possible. We welcome custom orders - if you have an idea of something you'd like but can't see the right thing, please just contact us via hello@crafthappyco.co.uk t(mailto:hello@crafthappyco.co.uk)o discuss your requirements. All of our colour-in cards can be customised free of charge, for example, if you want the Grandma card to say 'Nanny' instead - please just ask!

Because most items are made or printed to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind or find an alternative elsewhere after ordering.
