Subscription & Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Seasonal Craft Kit Subscription

For our seasonal craft kit subscription, the subscription duration is ‘until cancelled’ and the subscription frequency is every 2 months. When you sign up to our plan you'll be charged your first subscription payment. This will then become a recurring payment and you'll be charged on the 1st of every alternate month.

Cancellations

We'd hate to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time in the 'my account' section of the website. You can contact us on hello@crafthappyco.co.uk if you need any help.

You'll still receive any boxes you've paid for in the billing cycle.
